Vice President – Digital Solutions Group
As VP of Webtrends Digital Solutions Group, Mike is responsible for all facets of Webtrends digital agency practice. He oversees the companies mobile analytics business and an emerging data visualization design team. At Webtrends, Mike works with blue chip clients like Reebok, State Farm, Coca Cola, Hilton, Microsoft, NY Times, RIM, Fandango and a host of others to effectively implement measurement programs that shape successful mobile strategies and user experiences. Mr. Ricci joined Webtrends after serving as VP and Mobile Practice Leader for Merkle where Michael established Merkle’s mobile marketing practice and positioned Merkle as the premier mobile provider in the eCRM space.
Prior to Merkle, Mike was VP of Creative and Strategy for iLoop, a premier mobile marketing firm focused on assisting marketers, digital agencies and other entities create effective mobile marketing strategies and user experiences. At iLoop, Mike worked with some of the leading players in mobile and also developed a comprehensive mobile marketing strategy for President Obama’s election campaign – an effort that helped the campaign earn recognition as the 2008 Mobile Marketer of the Year. Earlier, Mike oversaw Volantis Systems’ Content Services business and assisted brands like ABC, CBS, Disney, Discovery, EBay, Reuters and the Financial Times as they began to shape their mobile strategies.
Before entering the mobile marketing arena, Mr. Ricci headed up global marketing efforts for York International where he won recognition for some ground breaking “business to business” based Olympic and sports sponsorship programs. Mike also worked with Glasgow, Scotland based Aggreko PLC where he also headed up Olympic and Global Event sponsorship programs.
Director of Sales and Business Development
As Director of Sales and Business Development, Napolitano helps add to the more than 80,000 content creators, marketers and agencies who have already utilized StumbleUpon’s unique advertising platform to introduce their sites and brands to a highly targeted audience. Previously, Napolitano was a key member of the sales teams for several of Google’s products, including TV Ads, Analytics, Checkout and AdWords. Prior to Google, he was part of sales teams at CNET and ESPN.
Senior Director of Mobile
Sharon Knitter joined the Cars.com team in 2006 and is now the site’s Senior Director of Mobile Strategy. In this role, Knitter works to enhance Cars.com’s mobile site and mobile apps to better serve car shoppers on the go. She also assists with the development of advertising products for manufacturers and dealers to help them reach this growing segment. Knitter will continue to monitor the growing mobile space to help Cars.com identify opportunities for growth on multi-media platforms and lead the third-party mobile automotive space.
Before her role as Senior Director of Mobile Strategy, Knitter served as the Senior Director of Consumer Products at Cars.com. In this position, she implemented the strategic management and development of the site’s consumer automotive buying and selling channels on the web. She also led the site’s mobile initiative and successfully made Cars.com the first third-party automotive site with an optimized mobile presence. Prior to Cars.com, Knitter worked at the Tribune Co., where she began in 1987 as a research manager and later worked as both the manager of advertising development and director of recruitment strategy.
Knitter is the co-chair of the IAB mobile committee and previously served as the president of theNewspaper Association of America’s Research Federation. Additionally, she was elected the Oak Brook Park District Commissioner.
SVP of Client Services
Alec brings a decade of internet consulting experience to Cantina where he managed client initiatives as varied as Putnam Investments, Harvard University and Vista Higher Learning, including efforts that have won two recent MITX awards. Prior to Cantina, Alec was with Molecular and Edgewater Technologies where he managed initiatives for clients such as Nikon, Delta Dental, BlueCross BlueShield, Seligman Data and Fidelity Investments and also has designed and implemented in-depth internet business strategies for organizations such as the Project Management Institute, Nikon and Arrow Electronics. In his spare time Alec is active as a musician and audio engineer and has both film and music engineering and production credits to his name. Alec holds a BA from McGill University in Political Science and History and a diploma in Audio Production from the Center of Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University.
Joel Morrow is CEO of Mobile Fusion, a leading mobile marketing and social media agency. Mobile Fusion helps clients such as Kellogg’s, Bacardi and other brands increase sales & engage customers through mobile, social media and multichannel marketing. He is a frequent industry speaker on mobile, social and digital marketing for the American Marketing Association (AMA), Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the National Retail Federation, the National Restaurant Association and other groups.
Previously he was Director of Product Development, Digital Ventures at Western Union, where he developed and executed the company’s mobile marketing strategy/roadmap and global mobile money transfer product. Mr. Morrow earned his MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

With an additional background as a Standard & Poor’s Economist and an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship, Ken approaches marketing from the strategic, analytic, and ROI side.

Brian Kilmer, Head of Advertising Solutions, Midwest for PayPal Media Network has been with the company since 2011. At PayPal Media Network, he works with marketers to leverage location and other key targeting metrics to drive consumer action. In addition, he’s working with key retail partners to convert their shoppers into buyers through marketing opportunities through PayPal’s digital wallet’s closed loop solutions. Prior to PayPal, Brian helped start Yahoo’s mobile advertising business in the Midwest. As the first in-market mobile advertising specialist in the market at Yahoo!, he worked with key advertisers to help understand the mobile advertising marketplace and launched initial mobile advertising programs with advertisers on Yahoo!. Brian got his initial start in media and mobile advertising at The Weather Channel and has also worked at Scripps Networks selling cross-platform programs to advertisers.
Dan Bentz loves working to convert complex ideas into elegant customer experiences and champions the role of Solution Strategist in Universal Mind strategic initiatives. Dan is an indomitable strategist, with the ability to analyze and advance solutions—the more complicated and involved, the better—particularly in regard to organizational and customer experiences. He has a Masters in Organization Leadership and a BS in Organizational Management, both focused on organizational strategy, design, functionality, change, and alignment. Mark Hewitt is the SVP, Sales & Marketing at Cantina and is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of Cantina’s sales and marketing functions. Mark is chartered with developing and implementing the sales and marketing growth strategy, analyzing/monitoring results against goals, and providing guidance for future company direction. Mark brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning and executing, and knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Prior to joining Cantina, Mark worked in various direct sales and sales management capacities at companies including Molecular, Collaborative Consulting, and Forrester Research. Mark is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and served in the US Army as a Cavalry Officer.

TJ Person is CEO and co-founder of Koupon Media, provider of the Digital Campaign Management (DCM) Platform to help retailers and brands deploy coupon, loyalty and offer programs in a matter of days. The Company works with global brands including 7-Eleven, Pepsi, Michaels, just to name a few. Having started Koupon Media in 2011, Person is notably one of two entrepreneur advisors for Startup America in Texas and was awarded Dallas 40 under 40 in 2012.
Person is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 15 years of mobile experience, notably as co-founder and president of Mango Mobile. In 2005 Mango Mobile raised $1.5 million and after two years as the fastest-growing mobile marketing company Omnicom Group acquired it in February 2007. He spent several years with Omnicon where Mango continues as a leader in the mobile space.
Senior Software Engineer
Nate is a mobile developer who builds apps people touch every day, and some that touch people too. He has over ten years experience crafting award winning applications for the web, desktop, and a variety of devices. He has worked with companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Oracle, to push the limits and deliver memorable experiences into the hands of consumers. In addition to iOS and Android development, he also has several years of experience developing large-scale enterprise applications using Flex, Silverlight, and WPF. While he is primarily a developer, Nate also has a passion for user experience design. Before becoming a developer, he taught a number of courses on interaction design and user experience at Vancouver Island University as a Media Studies professor. He still enjoys sharing and speaking about emerging technology at local user groups.
Nate currently lives in the Pacific Northwest on rainy Vancouver Island. He believes coffee should be classified a vegetable, and can usually be found coding in one of the many coffee shops in Victoria. When he’s not poking at a screen, he enjoys exploring local beaches, hiking, running, and snowboarding

Kayla Green is the Digital Strategy Director for Saatchi & Saatchi in Los Angeles, working on strategic initiatives for one of SaatchiLA’s largest clients, Toyota, with a focus on digital. Kayla joined the SaatchiLA team from iconmobile, a WPP-owned mobile technology and marketing organization where she ran Client Services for some of the organizations’ global clients including Colgate-Palmolive, Ford, Kimberly-Clark and Microsoft. Named one of Mobile Marketer’s ’25 Women to Watch’ in 2012, Kayla is also the Los Angeles chapter co-chair and San Francisco chapter founder of SheSays, a global organization for women in digital communications.

Anthony Toguchi has more than 12 years of diverse management experience in the technology, healthcare, and sports industries. He has expertise in developing mobile solutions for Apple, Android, and Blackberry Smartphones and Tablets. To date, Anthony has launched mobile solutions in more than over 30 countries.
Early in his career, Anthony was the founder of Tsource, Inc., an Internet medical transcription start-up company which catered to award-winning and well-respected doctors throughout the United States. During his time at Ricoh, Anthony led new product launches including mobile business solutions.
Anthony is currently Manager, Global Brand Activation at Wyeth Nutrition (previously Pfizer Nutrition), which is part of Nestlé S.A., and operates in more the 60 countries. In this role, Anthony pioneered the iPad launch to the global field force organization. The launch was one of the first global rollouts in the Pharmaceutical and Nutrition industries.

Before Jumptap, Mr. Soroca served as General Manager of Search Services for Lycos, Inc., which included overseeing Lycos Search and HotBot, the award-winning, leading search engines in the Lycos Network of sites. Prior to his GM role, Mr. Soroca served as the Group Product Manager for Lycos InSite, a comprehensive suite of search marketing tools providing advertisers with a single dashboard to manage campaigns from customer acquisition through ROI analysis. Mr. Soroca grew the business line to include three major products and established billing relationships with over 100,000 advertisers and site owners. Before Lycos, Mr. Soroca ran three business units for Internet retailer MotherNature.com. Mr. Soroca graduated with Cum Laude honors from Middlebury College.

Digital Engagement Manager
As the Digital Engagement Manager, Marah manages mobile strategy for DoSomething.org, the largest organization for teens and social change – with one of the largest SMS subscriber lists in the non-profit industry.
Marah and the Digital Engagement team are responsible for understanding how young people (ages 13-25) think and for creating effective digital strategy, content and data analysis to engage and grow the DoSomething.org member base. Marah also owns and develops organizational partnerships with mobile marketing experts and tech thought leaders.
Marah comes to DoSomething.org from American Express, and previously MTV Networks where she managed social media marketing in both roles. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a New Media Certificate from the University of Georgia.
Baylee is a member of the Business Development team at DoSomething.org, the largest organization for young people (ages 13-25) and social change. She is the liaison between the organization and corporate sponsors with a focus on creating new partnerships as well as positive experiences for existing corporate partners.
Previously, Baylee worked with children with communication disorders. She holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Michigan.

A Datapreneur for more than 20 years working with large, global companies (AOL, Booz-Allen) and clients (Ford Motor Company, US Treasury) as well as start-ups, Scollay is experienced in optimizing networks, lowering costs, discovering new business opportunities, and supporting new advertising and business models.
